We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and dynamic Head of HR to lead our HR function at St James Schools. This is a key management role, responsible for driving HR strategy, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Hours of work: 8.00am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, all year round

Key Responsibilities:

Lead HR operations across all three schools

Develop and implement HR policies

Drive talent acquisition and retention

Ensure compliance with employment law

Requirements:

Proven leadership in HR (CIPD qualification)

Strong understanding of UK employment law

Excellent communication and people skills
